reprobaytYesterday, I had an outsourced call center try to convince me that they were located in Atlanta - my home town.
"Jimmy" has such a hard accent that a Southern Drawl would have been greatly appreciated.
Took twice the amount of time to get the case created and problem resolved due to language barriers.
I get the part I was looking for today - and the name to whom it was sent?
