I was. But now there seems to be some sort of error with the frickin' rental car booking. I knew a nice stres/probelm free Florida vacation was too good to be true. *sigh* Luckily we're both crafty bitches, so we're drawing up all kinds of contingency plans. It just would have been nice if things had worked out the way they were freaking supposed to. For example, he should have been to my apt complex an hour ago according to original plan. Not stuck at rental place. Gah. Maya Angelou's mother always said that she 'hoped for the best, expected the worst and was prepared for anything in between.' This too will pass. Minor annoyance that I'm sure will be a funny part of the grand story we tell later about our Florida vacation.
