The Child's boyfriend decided his opinion was to be heard in the raising of my daughter.

Bad Career Move.

He is in the penalty box - banished from our house for a few days....my daughter thinks I'm Evil Incarnate.

She's seen nothing yet.

The Child does not take school seriously.

Her grades show this.

This is a battle that has been going on for years.

He felt that his experience of watching my daughter for the past few months made him qualified to weigh in on the situation.

In his defense, he did show respect and backbone during the conversation, which I do admire about him. Which is also why I didn't put him thru a wall, just sent him away before I put him thru a wall

Good for you. Parents these days seem so weak. It seems like there is no discipline whatsoever and kids get to do whatever the hell they want these days. I am not a parent but I can imagine it to be the most difficult job in the world. Congrats on stepping up.
