For what feels like the first time in forever I had a relationship implode (wait this isnt the new part) over the weekend.
And, instead of let it just become a huge emotional drama bomb HE insisted we talk, HE insisted we sit down and hash it out and HE apologized to me, and of course me to him. This is so rare in my world, it is almost shocking that it happened!
I have a lover now who I honestly feel may stick out the rough stuff. This, this new and happy thing, has me whistling and smiling and grinning from ear to ear this morning.
Though in my heart it's still a "wait until I SEE it moment" as it's not to start for a week or two, but in theory, and fingers crossed (is that enough disclaimers?) Beloved got a REAL JOB!!!
