I'm reading whatever medical related thrillers I find on Amazon Kindle for cheap or free. I read so much and so fast, I could spend a fortune very quickly. Did you ever finish the Hugh Howey Silo series?

Miss you! Want coffee date!

Finished book 7 on Sunday - I really enjoyed it.

When do you have time for such a coffee date?

A book on indie publishing that dates back to the beginning of ebooks (mostly it focuses on paper printing, which is cool and has lots of design tips), and this week's New Yorker.

Bossypants by Tina Fey. A laugh on virtually every page.

Well let's see. The "Fifty Shades" trilogy (I don't love it I don't hate it I'm still not sure what to think of it). "Excuse me, Your Life is Waiting" (self help book, works well for me) "The Stranger in the Mirror" (about Dissociative disorders)"The Jeweler's Directory of Gemstones", "Celebrity in Death" and "Gun Machine" by Warren Ellis. Not all at once of course :)

How did you feel about "Gun Machine"?

A friend bought me the first four books of the Game of Thrones series, so I'm slogging through the third one currently. Slow and mostly depressing, so unless you go in for that kind of thing, I wouldn't recommend them so far.

Good luck...I have no interest in the book or the show.

Thanks... I figured it'd be rude not to at least attempt to read them before they passed out of my hands, since my friend enjoyed them enough to buy them for me. Depending on how the last one I was given ends, I may tough out the rest of it just to see how it all finishes out. Not sure yet.
