I like the fact that as long as I'm in the metro ATL area, I can talk to my hearts content.

I don't have the issues may do with your coverage - dropped calls are rare.

YOUR BILLING SYSTEM BITES SHINY DISCO BALLS!

It's bad enough that your stores and your main systems have different balances.

But when you send an amount to pay to felishathekitty's phone....and I pay it - adding a previous balance of 7.00, not resending the bill to the phone and shutting the phone off is just stupid.

It has happened twice.

Once more - you're history.

I hate cell phone companies. They're nothing but headaches.
"BITES SHINY DISCO BALLS!" this is a good phrase that I'll have to keep in mind. :)
