Really? I've not had problems with reaching them...and I had a big problem with my bank a few months back using their internet bill pay...the ysent it wrong and it got lost in Cingulars system and they were very helpful with freezing my account balance due past my due date in order for them to research and find it so I didn't have to pay twice and then end up with a credit.
