Actress Wendie Jo Sperber, who starred opposite Tom Hanks on TV's "Bosom Buddies" and who in his words became "a walking inspiration" after she contracted cancer, has died.

I always found her funny growing up...a familiar face on the TV and screen.

To me, she was one of the first FAT POSITIVE images I had growing up. Of course she was Chubby and quirky, and guess what I always get cast as..but hey, it is sad, she was a fabulous actress.
