Suits; dark gray or black with a traditionally feminine-colored tie (pink, purple, or silver).

Or for that matter, slacks with a dress shirt unbuttoned at the top with a white t-shirt underneath. Tie is optional, but nice. Dressed for the theater or casual Easter dinner.
