Anybody got an umbrella?

The Good:

• The new job is going great...like the people and the work I am doing...


• My laptop isn't actually overheating - it is designed to be as hot as it is...who knew?


• Some drama I have been dreading (so far) seems to be staying away.


• I got to celebrate with evilandcuddly her wondrous birth.


• I got to an unexpected gift from trincula - thanks darling.


• Got to spend some quality time with good friends this weekend.

The Not-So-Good:

• felishathekitty has had the flu all week - still isn't 100%


• Because she likes to share, I got the 'fever' and such for 24 hours before feeling better (I owe you dinner, partytrick)


• A couple of friends are having health problems...and a couple more are having upheavals in their lives beyond their control. If you have some extra good thoughts, throw them to the universe, OK?


• My eldest kitty (Cutie) hasn't been herself lately - took her to the doc for tests and such. Will know if there is anything major is wrong tomorrow.


• Major storms produced much flooding in my neighborhood today...as well as FOUR leaks our apartment! Two in our bedroom and two in our kitchen. Workers will be here tomorrow morning to dry the carpet and work on the problems.

Never a dull moment, eh?
