Also. Can't think of what the condition is called. But sounds very similar to a problem a friend's mom had. Basically what happens is the blood vassals spasm. This can cause clots, high blood pressure, Fluid in the lungs, hardening of arteries and valves. This is not some thing they normally check for. The only reason my friends mom got diagnosed is one of her cousins had the same problem. This can also be hard to diagnose since it can be hard to catch the spams. I have no clue if this will help or not.
