CBS and Cedar Fair announced that the Star Trek: The Experience themed attraction in the Las Vegas Hilton will close on Sept. 1.

Rats - I knda wanted to go through there one more time and get my geek on.

DAMNIT! If I'd know my last Warp Core Breach drink was going to be my last, I'd have had another one! My son LOVED the female Klingon cast member there! I am so sad!

You know, you'd think with the new Star Trek movie coming out next year, that they'd want it open a little longer, but maybe that's just me!!

We've seen it a bunch of times - we go whenever we're in Vegas, which is about once a year or so - and really never get tired of it, although I will admit that I like the "original" ride better than the Borg Invasion one! We even took the Behind the Scenes tour once, and it was awesome. =)
