Quick update...

Haven't been in journal mode lately...been spending time with TheChild and Trey - they leave today. Will miss the pitter-patter of little feet, but I'm sure the cats will take up the slack.

I have an actual interview tomorrow...with a person and everything. This will be the preliminary 'HR looking at you to make sure you are not a serial killer' meeting, but it's a start.

Have made it through July so far without a (serious) nervous breakdown. Yay.

Trying to stay occupied...trying to see people and have fun. Still not King. :)

Well, they weren't the ONLY ones with that job! The little cat we adopted when I lived in SoDak was a chewer/suckler, even though she wasn't really a kitten anymore. I woke up in the middle of the night a few nights after we got her - in the middle of flinging her across the room! It was a startling way to wake up, lol. Alligator clamps=OK, kitty teeth chomping=NOT OK!

Just work. Kicking off a new project, trying to close 2 old ones and an unrelated project landed in my lap as the team on it was sinking fast. The joys of being a PM, I get to juggle, a lot. *sigh*

So I've just been burning at both ends trying to get everything in it's place. I WILL find time for you soon though....probably right about the time you land something. :)

Personally things are great. I got a little emotional release from the relationship with the husband today, so that helped a lot. He doesn't know I know of course, LOL. But the girl and I are great so life is pretty much roses!
