there is a stretch i was given that is very good for that. you just find something around lower pelvis height, and lift one straight leg on it while standing. then you bend forward towards the leg. it worked wonders for me..it stretches out that area at the base of your spine
I've got muscle relaxers and pain meds but you have to drive out(get your passport stamped) to get them. Doctor has me flat on my back for the next 4 days. (and not in a fun way)
