I'm also very serious about my sweets. My favorites are Elite brand chocolate, from Israel. They make a version of the Kit Kat bar that is just somehow worlds better.
And I believe you can also find this @ the Buford Highway Farmer's Market in the Eastern European section! The sweets isle is amazing (might want to brush up on the 'ole Russian tho ;-/ ).
