Plague filled post

TheChild and The Grands have been visiting - unfortunately they brought a nasty nasty cold virus into our house.

Yesterday was bad, today is awful...had to call into work and plan on staying in bed as much as possible.

I see Alka-Seltzer Cold and Buckley's in my future.

We are exhausted from bowling too much, but we are trying to get into tournament shape... So as a group, we bowled 29 games on Sunday, we are off today, 3 games Tues, 6 Games Weds, 3 games Thurs and probably 6-9 on Sunday. KILL ME NOW? Sadly, I have to keep doing this because my performance SUCKS right now. LOL.

I'm also trying to get to the gym and that's not working well either. :(

I need several more hours in the day, a massive energy booster and someone to kick my ass into shape.
