Currently combating a long, damp dreary day with coffee and Lindt's Dark Chocolate with a Touch of Sea Salt.

Whether it works or not, it is a lovely experiment.

That's because sea salted chocolate is a good idea in theory, but Lindt's execution leaves a little something to be desired. I wanted to be wowed by that variety, and I was merely whelmed.
