Yes - I know our running/walking sessions are currently down from 3 a week to 1-2. The foot has asked for a break due to pain. I will still do what I can to keep up the "be healthy/Couch to 2K" momentum but give us a little slack.

Dear Reprobayt,

Please go to your local natural health food store (or Vitamin Shoppe either in person or online) and get some Sabadil from Boiron. We hear it has completely changed the life of others with allergies so bad they couldn't go outside during the plant sex time. Is about $8-9 and will help.

Seriously, though, my dad's allergies were so bad that we had to keep him inside all the time and even then he'd still be sneezing and stuffy. He started on the Sabadil in an attempt to do something (he can't take OTC or Rx allergy meds due to his other meds). Within the first hour (where you take a mega dose to get it in your system) he immediately felt relief. He's been on it since the pollen got bad a couple of months ago (down to 1 dose a day to keep it in his system) and is currently outside with the electric blower cleaning up the lawn. It's a homeopathic and won't interfere with any other meds you may be on.

what kind of foot pain are you experiencing? Is it across the bridge, is it in the arch? Where are you feeling it from?

Big toe issues...intermittent pain on left foot. Someone stepped on my big toe on right foot pushing the nail down a few days ago. That one will heal, the left one is slightly worrying.

Bought actual running shoes fit for my foot because of the Flat Feet of Doom. :)
