yeah, pretty much. he's right though. i had already given up on the thrashers forever after this past season when they choked in the middle of the season as per usual. that is about the most frustrating thing you can do to your fans is lack of any consistency - especially when you are AWESOME the first half of the season and then just inexplicably "stop showing up" to your games. i couldn't take it any more. how fitting that the season i disown them is their last. :P
it will be interesting to see how they fare next season in winnipeg. i hope their new ownership takes far better care of them.
