I am less jazzed this year than most for Halloween...I think it's just that there's so much going on inside & outside my world that it has me a bit "bleh".
If it hits me, I am prepared with candy and a costume easily assembled from what I own.

In other news, I have been actively pushing the social envelope this week. I have gone to new places, tried to do new things. I have reached out to people I want to know better and/or to those I want to be a better friend to - the results have been mixed, but that's life...right?

It's going to be a busy weekend - tonight is a gathering for a farewell party (booo!) for several of my coworkers who are either moving out of the ER or onto elsewhere in the world. Saturday night as Halloween party at our place. Hrm, guess I should figure out what I'm going to dress up as, eh? :) I'm not sure on Sunday, maybe just laze around. Monday night is back to work, I have my witchy harvest hat and a realistic snake to wear around my neck! Who knows if we'll be busy or not, maybe the pumpkin-cutting knife accidents will finally stop!

I am running around like a crazy women trying to get the house cleaned for our Halloween party tomorrow. Plus get the basement clean. My grandparent's and mom are coming Monday and they are bring one of the cats up here to live. She is Not adjusting well to one of my grandparent's cats. So I need room for her things down stairs. Plus I need room to put the furniture they are bring till I can get it wear it needs to go.

I love this post! I mostly worked this weekend. But FINALLY got home and decorated the front yard with my kiddo. Got a graveyard, a blow-up (headless horseman and carriage), and a bunch of lights going on. :-)
